- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon corn syrup
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray, then line with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and melted butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat until combined. Beat in vanilla extract.
